CARE AND SHAME

To Paulina
To Lalo

The photography showing
there was something joining them.
All of them, shoeless, shoeless;
were the same, they were the same.

Over lucky rocks, unknown,
talking over rocks the three.
Basalt rocks, gray of basalt.
Gray of basalt, shade of them.

Fine soles, soles of her, fine soles,
cleanliness on her toenails.
Wide soles, soles of men, widesoles,
cleanliness on their footprints.

Like a girl playing, swinging,
awsome; awsome, group of ten.
Both boys and their silent eyes
admiring the awsome girl.

Ingenuity words talking
by his voice, talking wildly;
Ingenuity notes the other
voice, talking silent, the voice.

Shame: she did not sing, her shame.
Misterious voice, the talent
searched, even hidden, her voice.
Shame: she did not sing, the shame.

Even hard, cleanliness kept on
her fine soles, cleanliness, soles;
group of ten, awsome,
swinging, like a girl playing.

Also their regard, also,
offering ingenuity,
their wild words, their notes, wildness;
their silence, their notes or words.

And the piece of life, just a piece,
showing what the photography
exposes step by step with
memories, love, care and shame.
